Trial classes and memberships

Trial classes are subject to availability. Membership terms, payments, cancellations and uniform purchases are described in the enrollment agreement you sign with the Academy, which controls over this website.

Assumption of risk

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a physical contact sport and involves risk of injury. Students, or parents on behalf of minors, are asked to sign the Academy's participation waiver before training. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Communications

If you provide your phone number or email, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including calls and texts. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Intellectual property

The site content, logos and photos belong to the Academy or its licensors, including the Renzo Gracie name and marks, and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation and governing law

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
