At this age the mat is a playground with rules. Each class mixes warm-up games, animal walks, rolling, and very simple Jiu-Jitsu positions, so children build balance and coordination while they learn the habits that make any class work: lining up, listening and respecting a friend's space.

Parents are welcome to watch from the lounge, and our team keeps the pace gentle for first-timers, including children who are shy at the beginning.
