Comfortable athletic clothes are fine for a first class. When you decide to continue, our front desk can explain uniform options, including the gi for Gi classes and shorts with a fitted shirt for No-Gi.

We have classes for ages 3 and up: Baby Jitsu (3–4), Little Champions (5–9), Juniors (10–12), Teens (13–17) and adult classes for ages 18 and over, plus women-only classes and programs for people over 40 and 50.

No. You get in shape by training. Beginners are welcome in every program and instructors adapt to your level.

Yes. Families who train together save: the second family member gets 20% off and the third and each additional member get 30% off. The family discount applies to all our programs, including After School and Homeschool. Ask the front desk when you book your free trial.
