Little Champions
Little Champions is our kids Jiu-Jitsu program in Boca Raton for ages 5 to 9, split into two levels: Little Champions 1 (ages 5–6) and Little Champions 2 (ages 7–9). Children build discipline, focus, coordination and respect in a safe, welcoming environment that feels like a team.
Little Champions 1 introduces the basics through games and short drills: how to fall safely, how to move on the mat and the first positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Little Champions 2 adds more technique, partner work and the concept of progressing through the belt system at a pace that fits each child.
Our approach is age-appropriate and family-first. Children learn that winning is not the only goal: respecting others, persevering and improving every day matter just as much.
